Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my website. There are lots of reasons why people decide to pursue counseling or therapy. Whether you are facing seemingly unbearable grief, a crisis, or maybe your relationship just needs a “tune-up” the decision to pursue treatment is courageous.
Finding a therapist who is a “good fit” for you is important and although I might be that person—if I’m not, I will gladly provide you with some referrals for you to consider. Although we cannot change our past, the view we have of our own past can be changed so that it is a part of who we are, but does not necessarily limit or define us in the present or the future.
I love my job and if I get to be a part of your journey I want you to know what you can expect. First, and foremost—I will meet with you in a non-judgmental atmosphere of unconditional acceptance and respect where you can share as much or as little as you would like about yourself and your circumstances. I will listen carefully and pay attention to the things that are important to you. I will do my best to understand you–your worldview, your culture, and your values so that together we can determine the steps that you can take to move forward. I want to help you uncover your full potential and support you as you move through challenges and on to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
